Bollywood Choreographer’s Sunil Sale’s property International Bollywood Broadway Musical "Bollywood Evolution", "Celebrating 100 Years Of Bollywood" to launch in India



Young and well-known Bollywood Choreographer Sunil Sale recognized for his sequence of steps for Movie "GHANCHAKKAR" song "Allah Meherban" starring Emraan Hashmi ,International movie "HARRY", Muskurane Ki Wajah Tum Ho(Rock Version) from the movie "CITYLIGHTS" and  the recently choreographed Man Mera Awara from  famous Shortcut(Marathi Movie)and the proprietor at SSDC dance company is all set to launch his own property International Bollywood Broadway Musical, "Bollywood Evolution" in India.

"Bollywood Evolution" is India's first International Bollywood Broadway Musical where the actors will be seen singing, acting and dancing live on stage. It is a story depicting and celebrating 100 glorious years of Bollywood cinema. The musical show covers the era from Father of Bollywood i.e. Shri Dhundiraj Govind Phalke till era of Khan's. A 2 hours and 30 minutes of Movie like Experience of Dance, Drama and Singing with a perfect blend of Bollywood Masala consisting of Romance, Action, Melodrama and Dances justifying every era of Bollywood with free flowing strong script and screenplay. 

Broadway Musical’s  Bollywood Evolution already launched before globally firstly for Zee Tv Mauritius in the year 2013 with the fresh evergreen songs written and composed like "Pyaar Hua Ikraar Hua" reprised, recreated and performed by the actors in their own voice. The musical consisted of more than 50 Bollywood numbers, 250 costumes, over 200 props and moving sets, hit dialogues, gracefully choreographed dance sequences with a compact cast and crew of 45 members who travelled worldwide.

According to Sunil Sale the owner at SSDC dance company and  the  founder, Youngest Producer, Director & Choreographer at India's first international Bollywood Broadway Musical "Bollywood Evolution"' -Zee TV Mauritius, 2013, says "Bollywood Evolution is my baby. A team of talented artistes from Indian Theatre, Bollywood and Televison Industry were brought together with a team of versatile dancers to pull out jaw dropping live performances. I did a brief research on world famous Musicals like Lion King, Wicked, Singing in the Rain, Westside story and many others. My knowledge and experience of International Musicals, Bollywood Movies and Indian Theatre gave birth to "Bollywood Evolution" which was originally premiered at Mauritius for ZEE TV. It won the hearts of the Mauritian audience. Now, the team is all set to fascinate the Indian audience. We want to create an exceptional and outstanding existence of our property in the country and want the Indian audience to experience the world of Bollywood under one roof with all the renowned Bollywood hit numbers, dances, dialogues and comedy acts in a unique way of Broadway Musical".

Choreographer and Director Sunil Sale received training from world-famous choreographers at Broadway-New York(USA) .He started his own dance company in 2006 called SSDC since then his knowledge and experience has led the company to make a mark not only in Bollywood and event industry in India but also globally .He is acclaimed as India's youngest producer ,director, choreographer of the first Bollywood based broadway musical "Bollywood Evolution" for Zee TV Mauritius.

Grilled watermelon with crab stick by the Executive Chef of Double Tree by Hilton, Pune~




Ingredients:


500 gm watermelon horizontally cut into half4 noscrab stick
100 ml lemon juice
15 ml sesame oilsalt and pepper to taste4 gm castor sugar5.5 oz. (156 g) Alaskan king crab meat½ cup (115 g) of finely sliced spring onionsfew pieces of red radish thinly 10 gm ginger cut into julienne8 pieces of edible flowers petals15 gmtogarashi powder

Ingredients for avocado puree:
1 ripe avocado peeled with pit removed5 gm ginger minceda pinch of wasabi paste5 ml lemon juice5 ml sesame oilsalt to tastehalf a pinch of togarashi powder


Method:
-Prepare the avocado puree by scooping, mashing and whipping with a whisk until smooth.
-Add all remaining ingredients to the avocado puree and whisk until fully incorporated and blended. Check for seasoning and adjust if  required. Keep refrigerated.
-Take the watermelon and cut into half horizontally, removing the outer rind and cutting into 4 rounds with a 2 cm thickness and 9 cm  diameter.
-Place the cut watermelon in a deep bowl to marinate with the lemon juice, sesame oil, spring onion, sugar, salt and pepper and set aside  for 5 minutes.
-Preheat the grill and quickly grill the watermelon for about 1 minute on each side or until nice grill marks are achieved, remove from the  heat and chill for 10 minutes.
-Over a heated hot plate, sear the crab stick and set aside.
-With a butter brush, lightly paint the base of the grilled watermelon with sesame oil, then gently press the finely sliced spring onions  onto the base of the watermelon to form a crust, shaking off any access onion.
-Place the grilled watermelon in the center on the plate.
-Place the chilled crab stick on top of the grilled watermelon.
-Put 3 dollops of the avocado puree on top and at the base of the crab stick and then garnish with thinly sliced radish, ginger julienne and  edible flowers then finally lightly dust with togarashi powder.

Serve immediately.
